Chitose Kikuichi opened in 1960 and has since become one of the long-established sushi restaurants in Chitose-cho, Hamamatsu. On top of the flavorful appetizers and sake, diners indulge in the delicious taste of masterfully created sushi. The sushi bar also promotes the use of local ingredients; including fugu (pufferfish), eel, suppon (soft-shelled turtle), and Mineno Beef.
